A courtroom veteran, Nicholas "Nick" Sparks has tried jury cases across the State of Alabama. Since he began focusing on helping hurting people when they need it most, he has had tremendous results in wrongful death, medical malpractice, car wrecks, business litigation and commercial litigation. He has also been successful in prosecuting civil rights cases and has proudly represented police officers when they were mistreated by their employers. Nick is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Alabama. Nick is a musician that has played with Country Artist Ryan Kinder and his favorite Gospel Artist, Jason Crabb. His wife, Jennifer, is the owner of Jasper Tutoring Center. Nick and Jenn live out in the country in Walker County with their daughter, Avery Mae, and dogs Jughead and Josie.

We are so grateful that Keith works with us on selected cases. Keith has been practicing for more than 20 years and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He truly is our secret weapon and we don't mind saying so. Our opponents already know. Keith is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Keith also serves Of Counsel with the Burke Harvey law firm.

They broke the mold when they made Louis. Louis is full of mischief and is a collector of antique bottles and other memorabilia. A local historian, he contributes to certain publications about the days of old. Louis serves Of Counsel to our firm and has been very impactful. His knowledge of probate law and procedure is especially beneficial to us in wrongful death cases. Louis maintains his own separate practice but works with us on selected cases. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama. He and his wife, Amanda-a teacher, live in Cordova with their dogs Opal, James Louis, Max, Dixie and Roxie. He is pictured here in her classroom. He probably had to leave for misbehaving.
These recoveries and testimonials are not an indication of future results. Every case is different, and regardless of what friends, family, or other individuals may say about what a case is worth, each case must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances as they apply to the law. The valuation of a case depends on the facts, the injuries, the jurisdiction, the venue, the witnesses, the parties, and the testimony, among other factors. Furthermore, no representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.
